Duties:
Handle sales enquiries by phone, e-mail and at the trade counter.
Provide support to the sales and management teams by responding to existing and prospective customer enquiries.
Assist in logistics and general operations.
Front of house position.

Essential Criteria
5 Years’ experience in the interior fit-out business.
Detailed product knowledge.
Demonstrable commercial and technical knowledge.
Sales and customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills, ultimately contributing to creating and maintaining good customer relationships whilst ensuring smooth sales and stores team operations.

Hours: 8am to 4.30 pm daily (lunch 30 minutes)
Holidays: 32 days per annum including statutory.
Salary: TBC
